- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Leverage referrals, leads, emerging technology, external recruiting partners, and networking events to build the company’s brand and talent pipeline.
- Advocate for the company by clearly communicating its mission and value proposition to attract talent in a competitive market.
- Maintain accurate records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- An active clearance or clearability, particularly a Department of Defense or Intelligence Community Top Secret background investigation with at least 3 years of eligibility remaining or continuous evaluation status, and/or current Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility supporting Sensitive Compartmented Information or Special Access Programs.
- Experience recruiting for spacecraft, satellite, or mission systems engineering roles.

The new site is expected to support up to 100 employees, contractors and mission partners, making it relevant for area businesses that serve growing technology, advanced manufacturing and professional services needs.
