Requirements
  • College degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance/General Business, Engineering or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 0-1 years of catastrophe modeling and management reporting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SQL knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in data collection and validation.
  • Conducting basic analyses using catastrophe modeling software.
  • Supporting analysts in report generation and presentations.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Learning and applying industry-specific knowledge related to catastrophe risk assessment.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of databases used for risk modeling.
  • Providing support in risk assessment and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in catastrophe modeling and risk assessment.
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation and summaries of analysis results.
