Responsibilities
  • Lead our talent acquisition strategy by partnering with leadership, and stakeholders to ensure a best in class candidate experience. We currently us Lever as our ATS, and would like to optimize this platform or identify another that meets the needs of our business
  • Guide employees regarding our programs, administration and interpretation to ensure we are providing a consistent employee experience for all employees
  • Design and implement solutions throughout the HR suite to employees
  • Provide data analysis, audit and compliance to ensure that our current and future HR needs are constantly evolving and met
  • Leverage HR reporting and metrics to address business challenges
  • Be a creative partner, bringing creative solutions to the table
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the Company
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration
  • Act as a point of contact for our total rewards consultants and outsourced talent acquisition partner
  • Assist in development and execution of strategies to evolve and improve organizational health
  • Protect the interest of employees and the company in accordance with company policies, governmental laws and regulations
