Weekend Health’s mission is to make healthcare more accessible, more transparent, and friendlier. Our platform, Weight Watchers Clinic powered by Sequence, addresses chronic obesity, which affects over 50% of adults and is tightly correlated to many other chronic conditions.

We’re taking the following steps to accomplish this:

• Building a best in class technology platform to connect patients with board-certified obesity specialists who can provide the highest quality of care

• Prescribing revolutionary GLP-1 medications like Wegovy, Ozempic, and Mounjaro

• Assembling a team of highly motivated Clinicians, Registered Dietitians, and Fitness Coaches to deliver results for our members in their journeys toward better health

Weekend Health was acquired by WeightWatchers (NASDAQ: WW) in 2023, and works closely with the WW team as a subsidiary. We’ll be continuing on a path of rapid growth together, combining WW’s world class behavioral health programs with Weekend Health’s clinical expertise in obesity treatment.

What we’re looking for

We are a growing team in need of self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Registered Dietitians with positive attitudes to help us serve our patients. This role is perfect for those who excel at supporting patients in all aspects of nutrition and good health, utilizing evidence-based practices. Your primary responsibility will be to provide nutrition education and counseling to members as they progress through the WW Clinic program.

Responsibilities

• Meet with our members in one-on-one nutrition sessions to provide compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and our nutrition philosophy

• Motivate, encourage, and help our members navigate through their programs and meet their goals successfully

• Communicate effectively and engage with the team in Slack and virtual team meetings

• Develop internal resources as needed to support the program experience, and improve weight health long-term

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Registered Dietitian (may include experience gained during Dietetic Internship Program) 

• Have and maintain necessary credentials and certifications for a Registered Dietitian

• Effective communication skills with the ability to connect with many types of personalities

Optimal candidate

• 1+ years of working in the Healthcare or Technology industries

• An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping build WW Clinic/Sequence

• Attention to detail and consistency in work ethic

• Shifts gears quickly in a fast-paced environment

• High standards — both personally for yourself and professionally for the business

• The desire to learn — we carry a multitude of products and our industry is growing and ever-changing

Location

We have offices in San Francisco and New York City, but we’re remote-friendly. We encourage you to apply regardless of where you’re based.

Compensation and benefits

We offer competitive starting salary compensation of $50,000-55,000. We also offer the following benefits:
