Responsibilities
  • Exhibit Side's core values in all Side related activities
  • Work with revenue operations & finance to set aggressive and realistic growth targets
  • Recruit and retain a team of high performing Ambassadors
  • Build a set of manageable performance and behavioral expectations for the team
  • Deploy a training environment that enables the sales team to self-invest in improving their craft
  • Deploy a performance management system designed to compel the team to deliver on the growth targets
  • Work with marketing, revenue operations and enablement to tackle all viable opportunities in the addressable market
