The Side brokerage platform is a revolutionary real estate transaction processing as a service software product coupled with real estate brokerage services that enable top producing real estate professionals to launch an independently owned real estate company without the liability associated with owning a real estate brokerage.
Side offers software and services that position Side partners (customers) to reach their entrepreneurial potential as real estate professionals and leaders. Its primary go to market channel is a team of Ambassadors, Side’s sales representatives, who present the Side offering as an opportunity for top producing real estate professionals in the markets Side is licensed to broker real estate transactions.
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the Ambassador team and deliver aggressive growth outcomes for Side.
The Head of Sales is going to report to the president and the responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Exhibit Side’s core values in all Side related activities
- Work with revenue operations & finance to set aggressive and realistic growth targets
- Recruit and retain a team of high performing Ambassadors who meet the headcount capacity targets associated with our addressable market
- Build a set of manageable performance and behavioral expectations for the team
- Work with sales enablement to deploy a training environment that enables the sales team to self-invest in improving their craft on demand and in the classroom
- Deploy a performance management system designed to compel the team to deliver on the growth targets set
- Work with marketing, revenue operations and enablement to ensure we adequately tackle all viable opportunities in our addressable market
