Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in information technology, with significant time spent in a senior-level Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience applying Site Reliability Engineering principles to manage the reliability and scalability of enterprise-level systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure; microservices; and containerization with Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to write and implement code, such as Python, and leverage automation tools to eliminate manual toil and create scalable, self-healing systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining internal tools that enhance infrastructure and operations.
  • Expertise implementing robust monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing systems, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or the ELK Stack.
  • Ability to analyze system metrics to proactively identify issues and drive data-backed technical decisions for performance tuning and capacity planning.

  • Lead incident response from a technical standpoint.
  • Build and maintain internal tools that enhance infrastructure and operations.
