Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- At least one year of retail experience is required.
- Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills are required.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
- The ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and respond to questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and take initiative to find appropriate solutions.
- Create eyewear products with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and supportive store environment.
- Participate in staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales performance.
- Train and support less experienced team members and lead by example.
- Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to meet each customer’s needs.
- Promote high service standards and help exceed customer expectations.
Desired Qualifications
- ABO Certification is preferred.
