Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with a Salesforce.com implementation, including building and updating custom objects, fields, user profiles, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes a plus
- Service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning new technologies, including Sales tools like Gong, Outreach.io, and more
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document in process flow diagrams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel projects, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Initial intake of systems requests and questions from Revenue Ops, Sales, Partner, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Understand impact of requirements to existing and proposed business processes and technical landscape
- Initial scope and solution design of systems projects to help determine priority and timeline
- Configure and customize systems to meet requirements
- SFDC administration, including managing user permissions; ad hoc troubleshooting (e.g. validation rules, 3rd party integrations); proactive maintenance (e.g. cleaning up fields, page layouts, integrations, listviews); and managing a weekly deployment process from sandbox environments to production
- CPQ administration, including approval flow updates, change management, and
- Communicate business requirements to technical and non-technical team members
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
