Responsibilities
  • Establish robust relationships with customers in the assigned book of business.

  • Proactively address client issues and guide their resolution.
  • Own annual subscription renewals.
  • Identify additional areas where the company could serve customers and drive upsell opportunities within the assigned book of business.
  • Represent customer goals and needs to the Koble team.
