Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Equity Analyst on the sell side with an established franchise.
  • Research coverage in sectors that complement our existing coverage. We are currently looking to expand coverage in the following areas: Capital Goods, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Internet, Retail, and Technology.
  • Strong buy-side client relationships with a track record of receiving broker votes and driving revenues.
  • Strong corporate relationships with a track record of providing management access opportunities.
  • Idea generation and thought leadership abilities are essential.
  • Differentiated and proactive research with consistency and strong stock picking track record.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with sales, client service, trading and capital markets teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellence and contributing to the team’s success.
  • Strong work ethic that prioritizes compliance and client service.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Series 7 (or SIE), 63, 86, 87 license.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct equity research and analysis in assigned sectors.
  • Generate investment ideas and provide thought leadership.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with buy-side clients and corporate management.
  • Collaborate with sales, client service, trading, and capital markets teams to enhance research delivery.
  • Produce differentiated and proactive research reports.
  • Drive revenues through effective client engagement and idea generation.
