This position is located in London and reports to our Chief Medical Officer. This role involves working closely with both operational and clinical teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work using Lemonaid’s guiding principles, helping to foster a culture of clinical excellence, support and transparency. Practice high emotional intelligence
• Give advice to our patients either via messaging or telephone calls. The main area of need is in our weight loss service
• Ensure messages are replied to in a helpful and timely manner. 
• Work within your competency (provide training where needed) and grow your competencies
• Engage with the wider team looking at ways to improve our services and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Currently residing in the UK, preferably within commuting distance to our offices in central London
• Registered with the NMC
• Qualified for a minimum of 3 years
• Experience counseling patients about lifestyle impacts on their health
• Excellent written and spoken English
