Requirements
  • B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, HVAC, or related field
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Windows Power User skill set, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
Responsibilities
  • HVAC controls programming, design, installation, commissioning, and demonstration
  • Developing control logic for HVAC and infrastructure systems
  • Testing and debugging software using simulation tools
  • Creating BMS/BAS graphics
  • Reviewing mechanical plans/schedules and selecting equipment
  • Designing control panels and BMS network risers
  • Understanding electrical diagrams and control circuits
  • Familiarity with control protocols like Profinet, Modbus TCP, and BACnet IP
  • Integrating HVAC control systems into PLC systems
  • Performing inspections, testing, and commissioning
  • Collaborating with teams to develop and evaluate equipment
