Requirements
  • This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States government customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related Information Technology field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing people in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security.
  • Experience in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) classification frameworks and the relevant regulatory rules.
  • Experience with NIST Special Publication 800-171 and/or -53 regulation and NIST 800-171A readiness assessment and documentation mythology.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, deployment and execution of controls and defenses to ensure the security and risk mitigation of GITS solutions.
  • Set priorities for the team, gets results across boundaries, develops employees and manages performance.
  • Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
  • Drive results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Influence other InfoSec and IT teams at Intel to enable USG business use cases.
  • Engage with Government Compliance, Contract Capture, Information Security, IT, and Intel Government Technologies to understand the business needs for secure solutions for USG use cases.
  • Maintain security tools and technologies, ensures compliance, reduces operational risk and oversees security incidents resolution.
  • When appropriate, make decisions during the risk management process.
  • Serve as the voice of the GITS DevSecOps Engineering capability to senior leadership at Intel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal Contracting Industry resources to use for staying up with current and emerging Information Safeguarding regulation.
  • Experience with Information Safeguarding Regulations subject to Federal Contractors.
  • Security or Cyber certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA, etc.
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile work environment.
  • Project or Program Management experience.
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance.
