CrossCountry Consulting buys Salesforce specialist Dupont Circle Solutions. 02 July 2026 Consulting.us CrossCountry Consulting, a McLean, VA-based management consultancy, has acquired Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS), an Arlington, VA-based Salesforce consulting firm. Founded in 2015, DCS has completed hundreds of client engagements across lead-to-quote processes, revenue operations, and full-cycle Salesforce strategy. The firm's 60+ professionals provide advisory, implementation, and ongoing support services, and hold 175+ Salesforce and connected-platform certifications. The DCS acquisition will enhance CrossCountry's existing Salesforce practice - deepening capabilities in lead-to-cash and revenue operations. The combined team will support clients on the full revenue cycle, including CRM strategy, Salesforce implementation, CPQ and lead-to-cash optimization, and commercial analytics. "Bringing DCS together with CrossCountry strengthens our ability to help clients transform their commercial operations end-to-end," said Neil Smith, CEO of CrossCountry Consulting. "Combined with our broader advisory capabilities and growing AI solutions, we're creating a highly differentiated offering that helps clients move faster, operate more effectively, and create lasting value." Ben Hatten and Erin Hatten, co-founders and managing partners of DCS, will join CrossCountry as leaders of the Salesforce practice. The acquisition significantly expands CrossCountry's Salesforce practice and strengthens its lead-to-cash and revenue operations capabilities, particularly for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Founded in 2015, DCS employs over 60 professionals with more than 175 Salesforce certifications. The firm specialises in lead-to-quote processes, revenue operations and full-cycle Salesforce strategy. The combined team will support clients across the full revenue cycle, from CRM strategy and Salesforce implementation to CPQ, Revenue Cloud and commercial analytics. AI capabilities will enable intelligent automation and predictive revenue insights. The expanded practice will be led by DCS co-founders Ben Hatten and Erin Hatten.

Babson College was recognized again for its leadership among Boston's LGBTQ community, receiving the LGBT Corporate Ally Award at the Boston Business Journal's 10th annual Business of Pride Celebration. "It's important for our community to understand that we fit in a larger environment and that education isn't this small island... but has to be integrated into what the community needs and wants," said Babson President Stephen Spinelli Jr. MBA'92, PhD in accepting the award Tuesday night at the Bubble Bath Rooftop at the Citizen M Hotel. "I'm really appreciative of these kinds of awards to highlight the efforts that we're doing," Spinelli added. "We don't want to be just a part of the community; we want to lead the community." Babson was one of three organizations to earn the Corporate Ally Award, along with CrossCountry Consulting and Brown Brothers Harriman. In his remarks, Spinelli spoke about Babson's journey from a general embrace of inclusion to proactive inclusive excellence, and how it is imperative for businesses to create value. "What you're doing is incredibly important to society."
