Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: JD, MD, PhD in a science-related field, or similar degree, in addition to at least five years of related biomedical industry or governmental experience.
  • Canadian work authorization required.
  • Applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the duration of the appointment without employer sponsorship.
  • Northeastern University will not provide H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, or any other type of employment visa sponsorship for the successful applicant to this position, now or in the future. Furthermore, the successful applicant must be able to maintain valid work authorization in the United States throughout the entire appointment without Northeastern University’s sponsorship for a visa.
Responsibilities
  • Teach on-campus and online graduate-level courses for the Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices and/or Graduate Certificate Programs at the Northeastern University Toronto Campus.
  • Deliver instruction in instructional areas including new pharmaceutical, biologic, and medical device product development, regulatory aspects of biomedical product commercialization, including clinical trial design, project management, law, and intellectual property.
Desired Qualifications
  • A history of successful teaching at the graduate level is strongly preferred.
