We’re looking for a “Custom Millwork Specialist” who’s ready to bring skill, creativity, and precision to every project. This isn’t assembly-line work this is hands-on craftsmanship where your talent actually matters.

What You’ll Do

- Build high-quality, custom millwork pieces from start to finish 

- Work with modern equipment, tools, and materials 

- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications 

- Collaborate with a team that values skill, pride, and professionalism 

- Produce work that ends up in real buildings, real spaces, and real customer projects 

Requirements

 What You Bring

- Experience in millwork, carpentry, cabinetry, or related trades 

- Ability to operate woodworking machinery safely and accurately 

- Strong attention to detail — you care about doing it right 

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
