Requirements
  • 9+ years of professional content design experience, backed by high-quality writing, content strategy, go-to-market strategy, and communication skills
  • Experience driving growth experimentation for enterprise software
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work with multiple teams, solicit and summarize feedback, and facilitate design discussions
  • Openness to the iterative content design process - always showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, and learning; and
  • Experience conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking and conceptual modeling
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with product design leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and develop plans to address content experience challenges
  • Lead strategic initiatives (determining needs, objectives, approaches, and evaluation criteria) that aim to deliver better experiences for our customers and help achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with other content design leads to standardize content experiences and methodologies across product content design teams
  • Define and share best practices for content delivery, maintenance, and governance
  • Mentor and develop the craft of product content designers across Work Management
  • Work autonomously on the end-to-end experience for our Work Management solution experiences
  • Collaborate with some of the industry's smartest (and nicest) people across our Engineering, Product, Marketing, Research, Data Science, Customer Success, and other teams; and
  • Be a true champion for our users by living one of our core company values ("Don't F the Customer")
