ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Directly reconfigure and optimize the SAP Concur T&E (Expense only) system to align with organizational objectives and streamline processes.
• Collaborate and support with global finance teams to ensure effective integration of the T&E module with other financial systems and ERP solutions.
• Lead and Project management Concur implementations.
• Work with developers to setup input/output integrations , payment files and accruals.
• Support internal audit provide reports / data as needed.
• Execute report creation to ensure streamlined and accessible data for finance, upper management, and stakeholders.
• Manage the privilege permission access to Concur.
• Ad hoc data or analytical projects, as needed.
• Manage with hands on User Support
• Maintaining system controls and processes
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• SAP Concur T&E application owner job is to lead Concur activities with hands-on reconfiguration and enhance the SAP Concur T&E (Expense only) module.
• The candidate will administrate the system, support and configure enhancement changes and implementation projects.
• Supporting Finance / Travel, internal customers ensuring weekly journals and accruals are loaded successfully to ERP.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• An Associate’s degree (required) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• At least 7-8 years’ experience in either T&E , Concur administrative support, accounting or finance
• Excellent communication (Oral & Written)
• An analytical mind with strong business experience
• Fluency with SAP Concur is required
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently in deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment

SKILLS

• Extensive experience in hands-on SAP Concur T&E configurations and implementations - advanced configuration administration (advantage)
• Strong knowledge of expense management and finance processes.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
