- Perform HERS tests on HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Drive within a 60-mile radius or more to job sites (car allowance and fuel card provided).
- Submit detailed inspection reports via computer or smartphone.
- Ensure all work is completed with precision, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, attic work, insulation, or related fields.
- Ability to study and pass exams related to HVAC testing and Title 24 standards.
