Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment supporting Manufacturing Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically to investigate and resolve issues and advance improvements to other opportunities.
  • A strong technical background with comfort troubleshooting reported issues and bugs, documenting work, and testing in a technical environment.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage individual projects and maintain visibility of project status to involved stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the supported business domain and the technical systems, capabilities, and integrations that underpin it.
  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be approved by the state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
  • Lead structured requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs, with cross-functional stakeholders across Ordering, CPG Operations, and Finance.
  • Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business leaders to develop needs and requirements, coordinating between business partners and IT to keep projects on schedule and track.
  • Author and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; own the product backlog and coordinate backlog-grooming sessions with business and technical leads.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process-flow diagrams, and integration documentation for Ordering and CPG platforms.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business partners and the Development Team, managing scope, risk, and project status throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive application documentation, including technical specifications, integration maps, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Support CPG and Ordering operations and integration projects, ensuring data integrity, clear requirements, and documented outcomes.
  • Support Level 3 application triage by capturing issue requirements and working with technical teams to define resolution criteria.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define minimum viable product scope, establish launch-readiness criteria, and maintain a phased roadmap for future capability delivery.
  • Collaborate with the development team on sprint planning and release sequencing, ensuring business priorities are reflected in delivery timelines and dependencies are proactively managed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience interacting with and technically supporting Order Management, CPG, enterprise resource planning, and related operational systems.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries.
  • Experience authoring and updating application process-flow diagrams and architectural application-integration diagrams.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools such as Claude to assist with requirements documentation, user-story generation, and application mockup creation.

Green Thumb Industries opened its 13th Nevada location, RISE Dispensary Sparks, on 18 August. The store is located at 1530 S. Stanford Way, Suite B-6 #102, Sparks, NV 89431, near I-80 in South Sparks. RISE Dispensary Sparks will serve both medical patients and adult-use customers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The shop offers home delivery on orders of $50 or more and stocks Green Thumb's product portfolio, including RYTHM premium flower, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, incredibles chocolates, Beboe gummies, and &Shine vapes. A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September at 8 a.m. Following company tradition, first-day profits will benefit Food Bank of Northern Nevada.
