Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of Outside Sales, Banking or HOA/Community Association experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
  • May require up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by offering Alliance Association Bank’s industry specific banking services and products to the Community Association Industry.
  • Service existing clients and follow-up on customer service items.
  • Cold calling and establishing new business opportunities.
  • Providing sales presentations and marketing to prospects via phone/email/in-person visits.
  • Attend industry trade show events and association board meetings.
  • Effectively communicate banking services via email, letters, demonstrations, presentations and conversations.
  • Liaison between the AAB operations team and the clients as needed.
  • Prepare and submit new client forms and update existing client forms.
  • Manage marketing, entertainment and advertising expenses (within budget guidelines) and run sales ads in trade publications.
  • Market and solicit loans to community associations. Collect and submit required underwriting material.
