- Identify and execute supply-chain cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
- Manage and safeguard high-tech inventory to ensure accuracy, mitigate stockouts, and maintain optimized stock levels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse team through recruitment, mentorship, and a culture of excellence.
- A strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals is preferred.
- A strong understanding of receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments is preferred.
- The ability to identify safety issues with warehouse vehicles to ensure safe operations is preferred.
- Experience working hands-on in the warehouse, with process and equipment troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to changing warehouse environments, is preferred.
- A passion for employee development and experience training and developing new hires and veteran warehouse staff are preferred.
- Experience supporting process development and implementing new processes is preferred.
- Experience supporting equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- Proficiency with standard computer use, word-processing applications, and presenting data is preferred.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English are preferred.

The system, mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle, detected and geolocated a radar several dozen kilometres away, transmitting target coordinates to the Rafale for a simulated strike. NAMIB can detect, identify, and geolocate electromagnetic emissions from air defence systems. It operates on tactical drones and fixed-wing unmanned aircraft. Development began in January 2026 as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies. The test demonstrates the Rafale's multi-domain combat capabilities and its ability to integrate with autonomous systems. Harmattan AI is a defence technology company specialising in autonomous robotic systems for contested environments.

Harmattan AI has raised $200 million in a Series B round led by Dassault Aviation, the French aerospace manufacturer. The funding will support global expansion of AI-enabled missions, extend its product portfolio into new domains, and scale manufacturing of ISR, drone interception and electronic warfare platforms. Founded in 2024, Harmattan AI develops autonomous defence systems and has secured multiple programmes of record from French and UK defence ministries. The company currently delivers thousands of systems monthly and has deployed technology with NATO and allied partners. The partnership will integrate Harmattan AI's embedded AI capabilities into Dassault Aviation's future combat systems, including the Rafale F5 and unmanned aerial systems. Dassault Aviation will contribute expertise in military platform architecture and international business development.
