Requirements
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Work Permit e.g. US National or visa authorization for U.S. employment
  • Experience in Semiconductor; Design, Sales, Customer Engagement, or Field Applications Engineering
  • Practical experience selling semiconductors, IP, foundry services or ASIC
  • Experience with Analog and Mixed Signal, ASIC, or System-on-Chip Technologies
  • Experience in detailed forecasting and sales opportunity funnel management
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent and other common software
  • Excellent presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Deliver on Revenue, Gross Margin, and Design Win goals.
  • Prospecting for new accounts and identifying new opportunities while maintaining and growing the existing customer base.
  • Developing strong trustworthy relationships with senior-level managers such as engineering, executive management, and purchasing at target accounts.
  • Working with our IP and ASIC marketing team to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Negotiation of contracts for Silicon IP Licensing, and Turnkey ASIC.
  • Working with our commercial legal team preparing Contracts.
  • Forecasting immediate revenue and long-term growth outlook.
  • Identifying customer’s immediate and future requirements, market trends, and helping to align our product development, manufacturing, and investment strategies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Work Permit e.g. US National or visa authorization for U.S. employment.
  • High-energy and self-driven with strong ability to take ownership of customer relationships, solve issues, and coordinate solutions with customers
  • Team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong project management and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in Semiconductor; Design, Sales, Customer Engagement, or Field Applications Engineering.
  • Practical experience selling; semiconductors, IP, foundry services or ASIC.
  • Proven success in penetrating and developing relationships with new accounts.
  • Experience with Analog and Mixed Signal, ASIC, or SoC Technologies.
  • Experience in detailed forecasting and sales opportunity funnel management
  • Target-oriented, with a track record in sales growth combined with excellent customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent and other common software.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong semiconductor industry network with pre-existing executive relationships.
  • Good knowledge base and industry background in some of the following areas: semiconductors, wireless/wireline communications, Serdes, Lidar, Radar, automotive semiconductors, etc
