Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields
  • 3+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with construction management, or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with construction management
  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of DoD facilities construction
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course Certification
Responsibilities
  • Support the client by providing oversight and management of multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects that support operations at onsite client locations.
  • Lead and participate as a member of a cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements.
  • Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractors with the government while serving as the representative for the client in meetings.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team.
  • Provide technical advice that enables the client’s ability to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies.
