Requirements
  • 10+ Years experience managing insurance company relationships with brokers; at least 2-3 years experience with commercial auto
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; the idea of running your own micro-business within a company is exciting to you
  • You have carried 7 figure quarterly sales & growth targets & closed enterprise-sized deals before; not afraid to think bigger!
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally (and possibly international) travel for company events
  • Ability to think in unconventional ways with a healthy skepticism of the status quo
  • You’re a confident and humble owner of your work and have a “can do” attitude
  • You enjoy not just finding a problem but creating a solution

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a business plan and a quote pipeline to drive profitable premium growth through select top 50 brokers in the US
  • Travel around nationally visiting brokers to develop long-term trusted partnerships, present our program, and help to close enterprise-sized deals
  • Build, own, and nurture deep and trusting relationships with broker partners
  • Actively listen to broker and fleet feedback on what to keep doing or improve upon and relay to the business to inform strategic decision-making
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on market pricing, industry trends, and competitor service offerings
  • Work cross-functionally and develop strong internal working relationships with the insurance, underwriting, and customer engagement teams
  • Mentor team members, support their professional growth, and nurture their curiosity
