Requirements
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, marketing, and strategic planning, preferably for an engineering or manufacturing company
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products that meet market demands and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy development process and ensure deployment across the organization
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering sector
  • Leads a team of product managers, marketing associates, pricing associates, and commercial ops; responsible for recruitment, performance management, and engagement of the team
  • As a member of the PPE Senior Leadership Team, collaborates cross-functionally on the overall business objectives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications
  • Lead the planning, development, and launch of new products or product enhancements
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform future product strategies
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products to market
  • Lead pricing actions and margin improvement initiatives across all business lines/markets
  • Drive complexity reduction within the portfolio and pricing structure
  • Develop marketing strategies and materials to promote products effectively to target audiences
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice
  • Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for owned initiatives and team(s); monitors and adjusts as necessary

IDEX stock rises 18.6% on FMT, HST strength despite FSDP segment weakness

IDEX Corporation is benefitting from strong performance in its Fluid & Metering Technologies and Health & Science Technologies segments, driven by increased demand in municipal water, industrial applications and life sciences markets. The company continues expanding through acquisitions, including Micro-LAM in July 2025 and Mott Corp. in September 2024 for $1 billion, enhancing its capabilities in semiconductor, medical technologies and water purification markets. Acquisitions contributed 1% to fourth-quarter 2025 sales. IDEX remains committed to shareholder returns, paying $212.6 million in dividends in 2025 and raising its quarterly dividend to 71 cents per share. Idex Q4 earnings beat expectations at $2.10 per share on $899M revenue

Idex Corp reported fourth-quarter earnings of $2.10 per share, exceeding Wall Street expectations of $2.04 per share. The Northbrook, Illinois-based maker of the Jaws of Life device and other engineered products posted revenue of $899.1 million, beating analyst forecasts of $881.6 million. For the full year, Idex reported profit of $483.2 million, or $6.41 per share, on revenue of $3.46 billion. The company projects first-quarter earnings between $1.73 and $1.78 per share, with full-year earnings expected to range from $8.15 to $8.35 per share.
