The Correspondence Specialist is responsible for meeting service levels and management objectives related to Interwell Health’s Value Based Care Program. The incumbent will be a critical contributor to the day-to-day time-sensitive operation of the mailroom.
The work you will do:
- Daily fulfillment of all outbound mail request
- Daily intake of all incoming and returned mail
- Works collaboratively with team to achieve department and organizational objectives
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships internal and external partners through impactful and timely communication.
- Take initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
The skills and qualifications you need:
- No mailroom experience required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with remote coworkers
- Strong organizational skills
