Responsibilities
  • Daily fulfillment of all outbound mail request
  • Daily intake of all incoming and returned mail
  • Works collaboratively with team to achieve department and organizational objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships internal and external partners through impactful and timely communication
  • Take initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
