About the Role

As a Team Lead – Outbound Operations at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing the outbound process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with company standards to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outbound operations, ensuring all shipments meet accuracy and timeliness standards.

• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to maintain efficiency and minimize errors.

• Train and mentor outbound personnel to improve operational performance and adherence to company policies.

• Monitor productivity and quality metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

• Coordinate with shipping carriers and resolve any order fulfillment issues.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments, including inventory and inbound teams, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in outbound operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience with shipping software, logistics coordination, and WMS systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
