Enterprise tech partnerships gain ground as UST and Aptia receive ISG recognition. Praveen Prabhakaran, Chief Operating Officer at UST, and Imran Ali, Group Chief Information Officer at Aptia Group, highlighted the role of testing, data integrity and system performance in large scale pension transformation Enterprise technology partnerships are becoming central to large scale system transformation, with UST and Aptia Group receiving recognition at the ISG paragon awards. The two organisations were recognised for their collaboration on a transformation programme spanning pension administration operations in the united kingdom and employee benefits systems in the united states. UST was engaged as the independent testing and validation partner for the programme, which required maintaining functionality, data integrity, performance and security under strict timelines. The project was executed without downtime during enrolment periods and with limited access to legacy systems and subject matter experts. To manage these constraints, UST implemented a multi layer testing approach covering functional validation, performance testing, security checks and migration processes. The engagement also included the use of AI led quality engineering tools to validate business processes, data structures and system transitions. Praveen Prabhakaran, Chief Operating Officer, UST, said, "our partnership with Aptia Group focused on delivering consistent outcomes while remaining responsive to evolving requirements and ensuring quality across every stage of the transformation." Imran Ali, Group Chief Information Officer, Aptia Group, said, "the programme required precision and coordination across technical and operational areas. The partnership supported the delivery of a stable and secure platform for clients and members." The recognition reflects the increasing need for collaboration in sectors that rely on legacy systems, where transformation must be carried out without compromising reliability, compliance or user experience.
