- Certifications: DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency IAW the PWS (DAWIA level II equivalent), and in the Program Management field
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Acquisitions, Business, or related field
- Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years working in federal government classified acquisition projects to include: Experience preparing acquisition documents and procurement request packages (SOW, PWS, SOA, J&A, Technical), Evaluations, ADM, SAMP, PB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan build, PowerPoint Briefings, familiar with special access program processes, and government contracting processes
- Years of Experience: Familiarity with special access program processes
- Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of Program Support, Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations
- Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production
- Support government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issues.
- Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements.
- Prepare acquisition documents and procurement request packages (SOW, PWS, SOA, J&A, Technical Evaluations, ADM, SAMP, PB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan build, PowerPoint Briefings), familiar with special access program processes, and government contracting processes.
