  • 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Experience in driving internal corporate solutions and SAS platforms
  • Understanding of media subscription models and DTC principles and methodologies working in dynamic media and entertainment organizations
  • Proficiency in growth and business strategy formulation, data-driven decision-making, and business and organizational development
  • Experience is gathering and understanding business processes and customizing products to fit internal strategic needs
Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision for Crunchyroll video supply chain platform
  • Collaborate with VP Enterprise Technology in developing a roadmap for Crunchyroll's Enterprise Technology systems, including Royalties and rights management, Digital supply chain management, Workflow management, salesforce & other financial systems
  • Direct a group of Product Managers in identifying, defining, & prioritizing features for media asset workflow automation, metadata management systems, & third-party digital delivery integrations & distribution
  • Collaborate with product, program, and engineering leaders of Crunchyroll's owned and operated applications to ensure successful integration and strategy alignment
  • Dig into business and performance metrics to lead hypothesis and identify opportunities and enhancements
  • Work with leaders from Finance, Content Operations, Marketing, and, Senior Management Team to understand key business problems and drive strategies to address them
  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to meet the needs of your vision
