Requirements
  • Active, independent clinical license in California as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
  • Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
  • Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
  • Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
  • Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
  • Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervisees to create a holistic support system for each student.
  • Focus on Outcomes: Utilize our tools and resources to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients.
  • Maintain Supervisory Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system.
  • Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.
