Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and executing day-to-day integrated media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with the media team in a results-oriented environment, while maintaining and growing successful client relationships.
  • Maintaining and growing successful client relationships.
  • Acting as a point of contact for designated clients and being responsive to all client requests and inquiries.
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Working closely with publishers/vendors to develop productive working relationships that drive results for clients.
  • Meeting with new publishers/vendors to learn about relevant offerings, new technologies and trends.
  • Reviewing media brief and setting planning process in motion.
  • Creating Request for Proposal (RFP) and developing consideration list of appropriate media channels and media partners grounded in data.
  • Reviewing RFPs and filtering/compiling most compelling proposals aligning with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Negotiating rates and added value with selected partners.
  • Developing presentation materials for client review and adapting/finalizing based on feedback.
  • Creating and ensuring accuracy of and adherence to all campaign documentation including insertion orders, trafficking sheets, and terms and conditions.
  • Working with Creative team on ad development to ensure creative is delivered to spec and supports media strategy.
  • Working with Analytics team/Ad Ops for any tagging/reporting requirements.
  • Drawing critical analysis from data and making specific recommendations to optimize and improve campaign performance.
  • Managing campaign execution from start to finish.
  • Supporting the needs of Paid Media Director.
Desired Qualifications
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus
