Locus Robotics is searching for a talented Front-End Developer to join our Business Applications Software Team. This individual will focus on creating front-end web application tools that support customer deployments. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing company that has developed a leading commercial AMR solution in the logistics industry!

This role can be remote, or onsite or hybrid at either our Wilmington, MA or Amsterdam, NL offices.  Also, eligible to hire remote workers anywhere in the UK, Canada, and Germany. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Take ownership of the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of web-application features and fixes, with support from senior team members.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders and identify features and fixes to implement.
• Work to improve existing code base as required

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery and other JavaScript frameworks
• Strong proficiency in angular/ angular JS
• Strong proficiency in HTML & CSS
• Familiar with Visual Studio, and Agile development environments
• Good written and verbal communication skills, both with team members and product stakeholders
• Strong time management skills
• Well-developed ability to creatively approach and solve complex technical problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
