Requirements
  • At least two years of experience within an information technology department, ideally in a workplace environment business-analysis/functional-ownership team.
  • Higher education equivalent to BAC+5.
  • Knowledge of application portfolio management, including lifecycle, approval, obsolescence, and versioning.
  • Knowledge of application security and operational maintenance.
  • Rigor in analyzing the application catalogue and tracking actions and requests.
  • Ability to interact with business and information-technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and arbitrate in a high-volume application environment.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the functional consistency of catalogue applications and rationalize the application list against user needs.
  • Provide teams and business stakeholders with visibility into the state of the application portfolio.
  • Supervise approval requests and ensure application consistency, including status, distribution method, and version.
  • Lead and coordinate the operational and security maintenance process for the application catalogue, prioritizing obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and application lifecycle.
  • Frame or participate in framing new needs and prioritize requests when necessary.
  • Support application referents in drafting Application Technical Documents.
  • Lead the application-referent community through cross-functional instructions, coordination with testers, and communication with business and other teams.
  • Escalate operational issues and needs to the appropriate governance bodies.
