  • Experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of quality

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide orientation at events
  • Coordinate with security to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist with event setup, manage guest lists, and provide on-site support
  • Coordinate high-level visits and personalised experiences for executives and key clients
  • Collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance guest experiences
  • Work with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives
  • Maintain visitor records, prepare reports, and manage guest-related activities
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and event planning teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the technology industry would be a plus!
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (not essential)
