Requirements
  • Three to six years of experience in operations teams at prominent start-ups or other fintech companies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end, break them down, and identify logical next steps through resolution.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take end-to-end ownership, and drive execution autonomously in an individual contributor capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers beginning their journey with Alaan and provide timely, effective guidance.
  • Assist customers with completing necessary documentation and account setup steps.
  • Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with Know Your Customer and Know Your Business requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to streamline onboarding processes and improve customer experience.
  • Proactively follow up on customer queries.
  • Balance autonomy in solving problems with awareness of when escalation is necessary.
