Experience Level
  • At least 6 years of technology related sales and Healthcare sales experience managing across technology and solution partnerships
  • Experience selling cloud solutions or analytical tools into payor, provider or life science organizations in the US
  • Track record of consistent revenue target achievements
  • Experience working with and managing partnerships with Healthcare organizations or Healthcare units at other companies
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • As Head of Partner Sales - Healthcare, you will be responsible for all partner ecosystem sales within the Qualtrics Healthcare business which includes quota-bearing responsibilities for the impact on Healthcare net-new ACV
  • You will work closely with the Head of NA Healthcare Sales to determine which GTM strategies will most significantly drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced growth on the Healthcare business
  • You will be responsible for achieving partner targets and work closely with the regional VPs and sales teams in the Healthcare business
  • Own joint business planning agreements with the sales organization and partners to promote collaboration between Qualtrics' Healthcare teams and partners
  • You will be focused on generating and accelerating Qualtrics pipeline as well as building long-term partnerships to drive future growth
  • Build relationships with the various partner sales and marketing functions in the assigned region and execute region specific GTM plans working closely with the Healthcare account executives, SEs and RVPs
  • Enable Qualtrics and partners on our joint value proposition, when to introduce Qualtrics partners into Healthcare accounts and how to best qualify joint opportunities
  • Partner with marketing across both Qualtrics and various partners to run joint campaigns, demand generation and other awareness activities. Set and track key performance indicators
  • Work with extended organization (partner ecosystem managers, partner delivery, partner marketing, product marketing sales, product, and engineering) on any deliverables or assets needed to support the business
  • Identify, train and execute go-to-market plans with partners in the Healthcare business
