Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in bus dev or sales or GTM function with a top technology company and 5+ years of experience of prior global alliances experience in enterprise software and/or cloud services (including enterprise SaaS) driving partner revenue & accelerated growth in collaboration with an enterprise sales force
  • Will have deep knowledge of partner ecosystem and venture investing and will also have some experience working in a corporate strategy or venture capital or investment banking function
  • Must demonstrate an ability to get things done, manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, work in a true east/west operating model, build consensus and resolve conflict in a highly collaborative manner
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Diligent at learning and communicating progress to achieve targeted business results, identifying obstacles and associated remediation plans
  • Is adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
  • Strong previous background in Partner Alliance Management
  • Strategic thinker, who is also execution oriented; ideally has experience driving cross functional programs or processes
  • Ability to collaborate and interact with partner executives (CXO's, VPs, Technology architects, regional sales leads, offerings and solution managers)
  • Independent thinker with a “Win as a Team” approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
  • Conduct private equity (PE) partner landscape assessment (aligned to GEO priorities)
  • Create and execute plan for Now engagement with PE firms
  • Showcase art of possible with Now, capture mindshare, & drive potential investment discussions
  • Drive initial screening activities (measuring against Now investment criteria) and engage Corp Strategy and Finance to further qualify candidate firms and build initial investment thesis and geo-aligned joint GTM plan (including financial projection and growth targets) for qualified firms
  • Finalize investment, GTM, and launch plan with cross-functional executives including designated GEO partner manger with associated governance and inspection model
  • Coach/advise PE investors via collaboration with Now executive sponsor/leaders and share best practices across the business to support the accelerated growth objectives
