  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or engineering preferred.
  • Experience with contract review and negotiations required.
  • 5+ years’ experience with project contracts, bid preparation, or execution of projects.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management programs a plus.
  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking skills, communication ability (verbal and written), organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, manage competing priorities and deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters through their successful conclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, negotiate a broad range of customer, subcontractor and vendor agreements.
  • Aid in a variety of contracts, including engineering, procurement and construction agreements, master services agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Help maintain priorities to meet the Proposal Team’s contracting strategies and proposal schedules.
  • Comprehend the company’s strategies on risk and implement them through best practices and operating standards.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of compliance requirements with applicable U.S., state, local, and international laws and regulations.
  • Compile quality bids by reviewing commercial compliance, completing bid forms and documentation, ensuring a comprehensive bid package, and adhering to specified requirements.
  • Implement and manage contract management system, processes, procedures, and database.
  • Carry out administration of the Crest contract lifecycle management program and assist legal operations with identification and development of contract and related systems.
  • Work with DTS leadership and team members to develop long-term relationships for the advancement of its businesses.
  • Maintain and expand expertise of the industry and vision, be adaptable, agile, and emotionally adept, foster effective collaboration between departments and teams, and exhibit a strong commitment to continual learning and education.
