Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant business area)
  • 2+ years of prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field or similar positions
  • Knowledge or certification in continuous improvement such as Lean Six Sigma, agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and/or Design thinking
  • Knowledge in MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer service skills
  • Interpersonal relationship building
  • Review and solve unexpected problems
  • Drive continuous process improvements
Responsibilities
  • Perform time-sensitive transactions in Workday that typically have regional impact
  • Provide expert advice to local HR teams, employees and managers around business processes in Workday
  • Audit the services provided by the share services vendor, generating proposals for improvement
  • Keep processes updated and mapped in accordance with each country's legislation and internal policies
  • Standardize processes aligned to NA (US and Canada)
  • Comply with the SLAs established for each process, managing metrics
  • Act as a strategic partner for local Human Resources such as HR Business Partners to drive and support company objectives and business needs
