Our program provides value for our interns both during and after their internship!

PerformLine interns can expect to build valuable skills, knowledge, tools and training through a series of hands-on "prep sessions" to fully prepare them for their next career move. Think mentorship, resume reviews / enhancements, interview training and even mock sessions to practice their new skills!

• Play a key role in PerformLine’s hiring process from prospecting through offer stage
• Develop your ability to effectively engage with candidates 
• Manage communication via Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)
• Be their initial point of contact on phone screens
• Learn, maintain, and embody hiring best practices
• Positive candidate experience being top of mind!

• Expand your skill set with ad hoc projects

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Top tier communication skills
• A passion for learning
• Experience using any ATS or recruiting software is a plus!
• We use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to take a project and run with it under limited supervision and instruction
• Track record of over-achievement
