  • Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
  • Marketing Cloud: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys, automations, and campaigns in Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements.
  • Support deployment and release management processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.
  • AI: Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Consulting: Recent professional consulting experience.
