Responsibilities
  • Create study budget for client proposals based on specifications obtained from the Sales and Project Management team.
  • Responsible for generating the initial draft of the Statement of Work based on study specifications and proposed pricing.
  • Draft CDA's, Master Service Agreements, and Change Orders.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to the fully executed document.
  • Ensure all internal approvers have been obtained for contracts.
  • Work with internal counsel to ensure all contract terms are appropriate and acceptable.
  • Enter contract information in internal systems and maintain an organized system for all fully executed documents.
  • Update internal systems with pertinent budget and contract information.
  • Participate in meetings with internal Sales and Operations teams as well as client teams in order to appropriately price client studies.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned as required.
