Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, environmental fields, engineering, business, or related disciplines. (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Federal climate and energy programs, specifically DOE and EPA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant aspects of climate and energy programs.
  • Demonstrated track record in writing winning proposals and successful client engagement
  • Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, creativity, and integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth, client satisfaction, and quality in Federal climate and energy programs.
  • Interact with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand programmatic needs and showcase ICF’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative solutions aligned with program goals.
  • Monitor project delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction and cross-project connections.
  • Identify and qualify new Federal contract opportunities.
  • Enhance ICF’s reputation among key Federal stakeholders through strategic advice and marketing efforts.
