Services include primary care, pediatrics, psychiatric and neurobehavioral therapy, substance use recovery, dental care, and an on-site pharmacy at multiple locations. Patients can reach the organization through a 24-hour nurse hotline, an online portal, self-scheduling, and provider messaging, with sliding-fee discounts and scholarships for those who qualify. What sets Heritage Health apart is its integrated, patient-centered medical home model uniting physical, dental, and behavioral health under one nonprofit system.
