Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in hotel or travel-related revenue management; multi-property or vacation rental experience is a plus.

  • Experience with RMS and iHotelier is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and monitor pricing and revenue data across multiple markets to maximize room revenue, profit, and market share.
  • Utilize tools like Stayntouch and Travel Click to manage property performance and optimize property’s NOI.
  • Prepare and present revenue-related updates and strategies during ownership meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set rates and packages for long stays, group bookings, and negotiated rates.
  • Ensure competitive pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Create and manage rate plans, ensuring accurate distribution across all channels.
  • Provide weekly and monthly STR reports to support forecasting and pricing decisions.
  • Work with Operations to oversee room status and maintenance for same-day reservations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, price positioning, and market mix reporting, while participating in ad-hoc reporting efforts.
  • Optimize mix to capture hotel and vacation rental demand.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in revenue management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new pricing strategies and approaches.
