Requirements
  • Management experience is required.
  • A favorable background-check result is required as required by the state.
  • Must provide proof of identity and the right to work in the United States.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, and standing; regular bending, stooping, and reaching; and lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have strong fine motor skills, full use of the hands, and visual and auditory acuity, including color, depth, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through effective execution of the Total Patient Experience.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the doctors associated with the office location and serve as the liaison between the doctors and the office team.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and develop team members, including coaching on KPI scorecard results.
  • Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
  • Exercise judgment and use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Motivate team members and communicate changes or news in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Maintain the facility to corporate standards, including the building, equipment, parking lot, and grounds, and enforce safety, HIPAA, OSHA, hazardous-material handling, and waste-disposal requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce company cash-handling policies and procedures, manage petty cash as directed by Accounting, and submit required financial documents accurately and on schedule.
  • Execute day-to-day office operations, including team-member scheduling, weekly meetings, report generation, inventory assessment, supply ordering, and team-member training.
  • Perform work primarily in a standard office or clinical setting and travel to other locations when required.
  • Perform the physical activities required for the role, including occasional driving or climbing.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry-related experience is beneficial.
  • ABO, NCLE, and/or LDO credentials could be preferred.
