  • GED or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a client solutions environment
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
  • Implementing and configuring Cast & Crew products for customers
  • Resolving end-user issues/problems/questions during the implementation phase
  • Documenting customer requirements and enhancement requests
  • Acting as a liaison between departments to resolve technical issues
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies
  • Assisting with user acceptance testing on assigned projects
  • Maintaining documentation and procedures and sharing knowledge with team members
  • Working knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and systems
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience within the Entertainment or other heavily unionized industry
