- Support general accounting functions, including receivables, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Post and reconcile payments; handle billing, collections, and escalate potential bad debts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and record journal entries with appropriate documentation.
- Maintain organized documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the corporation.
- Support the development and organization of documentation required for the annual external audit.
